Meeting record №162
"Summer whisky"
Back to all meetings
Dear friends!

We don't usually have Club meetings in the summer, so the choice of drinks
before our upcoming meeting was a very responsible process. It is believed
that on hot days the drinks should be light, and fragrant, like white
wine or champagne. Such requirements correspond to Japanese or Irish whisky of standard strength,
aged in bourbon. Of course, whisky-based cocktails are also summer-appropriate.

We must understand this issue and finally determine which samples taste better in the heat and whether Scotch whisky will really give its way.

The highlights of the meeting will be whisky, enjoyed during the summer of the 70s of the 20th century, and whisky from our new column, "Whisky from the Club's barrel." Here we will taste samples from the Club's Scottish Stock.
