When the restaurant was opened, its collection was represented by 350 unique beverages. In a couple of years, the collection became much bigger and now there are 900 samples and it continues to grow. There is not only Scotch in our collection; we also have samples from Ireland, Japan, Canada, the USA, France, and Taiwan.
